After leaving high school my first employment experiences were in the field of I.T. I worked for a small PC repair company in Ipswich (QLD Australia). There was also a heavy focus on I.T throughout my university degree. I completed several programming and design courses in the University of Queensland's Information Environments faculty, and studied in the department of Informatics at Lund University Sweden. I.T Employment History:  | Ace Computer World (2002 - 2003) | | I worked at Ace Computer World in my early years of University. I began as a trainee learning the basics of PC repair and troubleshooting. In time I was promoted to workshop supervisor. In this position I managed a small team of PC repair technicians and was responsible for the day to day running of the workshop. During my time at Ace Computer World I did both on-site and in house repairs with home users and small to medium size businesses. There was also a heavy customer service focus in this position. |
